Berries & Cream Popsicles

I love to eat these things! Very refreshing and healthy. Kiddos won’t even know that these are healthy! Which is the best tool in a mom’s tool belt, for sure.

You can make these in traditional popsicle molds or when you’re having a little shindig, you can use some BPA-Free plastic cups to fill and freeze.

Just stick a wooden popsicle stick in the center and throw it in the freezer to freeze. That way folks can discard their cups and sticks when finished.

Garnish & Decorations

You can definitely kick these up a notch with some fresh fruit or mint decor. Set these popsicles on a serving platter and jazz it up.

What would also be cool is to add some American flag food picks to the berry/cream mixture before freezing them to make a festive summer popsicle.

What would be cool is to use decorative food picks to help make the popsicles themed to whatever sort of party you’re throwing!

Essential Oils

I have to say that I have so enjoyed preparing foods with my essential oils!

Please keep in mind that all essential oils are not created equally.  I do not allow anything other than doTERRA essential oils.

For this recipe, I have used doTERRA Lemon essential oil and loved it.

However, doTERRA’s Lime essential oil would taste AHHH-MAZING!

  • 16 oz organic mixed berries (fresh or frozen) I used blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, & raspberries
  • 1 14oz can organic full fat coconut milk I use Whole Foods brand
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (Golden not Classic)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water make it your desired consistency

  • I take all of the ingredients and add it to my Ninja. I would begin with the 1/4 cup of sweetener & water then build up from there. This way you don't over sweeten or make the liquid mixture too watered down. The popsicle sticks need to be able to stand up sort of straight.
  • Add the blended mixture to popsicle molds or to the BPA Free plastic 5oz cups I have a link to above. If using the disposable plastic cups, then insert a popsicle stick to the center of the cup/berries mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours
  • If using the popsicle molds, you can take the popsicles out, and wrap them in wax paper to keep. If serving in the disposable cups, then just hand out the cups to your guests when ready.
  • You can garnish the serving plate with fresh berries or mint to make it pretty. But usually, no one needs a fancy serving plate. Eat & enjoy! Beware of brain freeze!
