If This Is It…

Is the 6th mass extinction upon us?

This is the kind of crap you’re hearing from the media right now. Maybe not those exact words…but damn close.

Even if this IS the end of the world, we have to ask ourselves, “is THIS the way that I want to spend my last days alive?”

Is this how we want to go out… scurrying around buying ginormous stores of:

  • toilet paper
  • water
  • hand sanitizer
  • Lysol
  • bleach
  • face masks

Do we want to spend our alleged last days worrying over if we have 400 rolls of toilet paper in our personal stock?

OR

Do we want to spend time looking for ways to help one another survive and thrive?

If you are asking for my feelings, I would say this: I feel that we should be doing practical things to preserve our health & help to spread this knowledge to as many people as we can.

I do not feel this is the end of our world…at all. BUT we should make the most of every second that we have the privilege of breathing.

What Is CoVid-19?

Straight from the CDC website:
Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses. Some cause illness in people, and others, such as canine and feline coronaviruses, only infect animals. Rarely, animal coronaviruses that infect animals have emerged to infect people and can spread between people. This is suspected to have occurred for the virus that causes COVID-19. Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) are two other examples of coronaviruses that originated from animals and then spread to people.
There have been reports that this is a man-made virus. The CDC is denying these allegations. The current thoughts are that the virus came from bats and possibly pangolins. The truth is that it is still too soon to know the exact culprit.
As you can see above in the CDC statement, there have been other coronaviruses! 
 
Click that link! He absolutely showed up to do an interview with Jimmy Kimmel & even shook hands with people in the audience while sick with SARS. SARS is a type of coronavirus. In fact, some folks are even calling CoVid: SARS2
 
I don’t feel that Jared Leto’s decisions to carry on with touring, flying commercially, or showing up to do interviews was a great idea…but he survived as did everyone that happened to be in his close proximity.
 
The point is, we didn’t go THIS overboard for the other versions of the coronavirus! So, it’s time to gain perspective & prepare…THE RIGHT WAY!
 
 

Common Myths About CoVid-19

  1. Spraying chlorine bleach (or using cleaners with bleach or ammonia) on your body or on your surfaces will kill the coronavirus. Think of hospitals & medical facilities. How many times have you heard about or personally know someone that has contracted things like staph, MRSA, or pseudomonas aeruginosa from a hospital or medical facility? What do these facilities use to clean with? Bleach & ammonia. Germs/bacteria/viruses have long-since outsmarted cleaners like bleach & ammonia. So, bleach & ammonia will not preserve your health. In fact, bleach & ammonia will compromise your immune system which will make your chances of fighting off CoVid or any virus much less likely.
  2. Pneumonia or Influenza (HIB) vaccines preserve your health against the coronavirus. This is simply not true. Vaccines are KNOWN to break the immune system down due to having toxic ingredients like: thimerosal (still in multi-dose vaccines), the actual virus (no matter how small the dose…it is still infused into the vaccine), formaldehyde (very toxic!), aluminum salts (also toxic), pork-based gelatin & egg proteins (cruelty to animals & pork/eggs can be inflammatory/allergenic), and low-dose less-potent antibiotics like neomycin. 
  3. Antibiotics can treat the coronavirus. This is false data. Antibiotics are not meant for viral issues UNLESS it turns into an infection. Antibiotics actually break down the immune system because it removes ALL gut bacteria…even the healthy bacteria that we need to fight off illness & infection. 

The Immune System

Our immune systems should be the FIRST area of our health that we should address, BEFORE illness comes a knocking.

Our immune system isn’t just designed to fight off viral/bacterial illnesses and infection. It’s responsible for keeping us clear of things like auto-immune diseases like lupus, MS, RA & JRA etc… But even issues like endometriosis stem from a compromised immune system.

A lot of our immune system resides in our gut. So, what we eat has a DIRECT effect on how healthy our immune systems are.

Functional Medicine aka Natural Medicine

Panic & worry does not help our health mentally or physically.

So, let’s dive into what WILL work because stock-piling toilet paper is NOT the answer. Alrighty, then??? LOL

Please know that this is my protocol, but I have also checked out functional medicine doctors’ protocols too just to see how my protocol stacks up.

If you don’t know my personal story…this protocol is something that I have used to eradicate 2 superbugs that I caught while in hospital.

For Prevention:

  1. Eat whole foods (not processed) that are rich in fiber. Fiber allows us to void regularly (2-3 times a day) which helps us to purge toxins, waste, parasites, mucus, & bacteria. Foods that should be in your diet are veggies, fruits, herbs, nuts/seeds, & legumes/beans.
  2. Vitamin D3 is essential in ramping up your immune system. You can get this with smart/safe sun exposure daily…or supplement. My recommendations for supplements are below.
  3. Another preventative or prophylactic supplement you can take is a maintenance dose(what’s recommended on the bottle) of Vitamin C. You will be much better served if you use a whole food version of Vitamin C called AMLA. Asorbic acid that is used for most Vitamin C supplements is not healthy for us. Check out this article from Dr Axe about Vitamin C to see if this supplement is right for you.
  4. Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands with good ole’ soap & water. Using antibacterial soap damages the immune system & germs have outsmarted these chemicals anyway. Sneeze/Cough into your sleeve. Use your sleeve to open/close doors. Flush public toilets with your foot or with paper (paper towel or TP). Do all you can to abstain from touching your face.
  5. Make a natural hand spray to take with you everywhere you go…recipe below or above in the “Virus Care Guide”.

For Treatment:

  1. Use natural antivirals like Oil of Oregano, Olive Leaf Extract, and L-Lysine.
  2. STAY AT HOME! Please, if you have tested positive for the virus…stay away from EVERYONE (except your practitioner) until you’re cleared.
  3. Seek the advice of a functional medicine doctor or hospital… that is equipped to handle CoVid for any concerns or if you feel you can’t manage things on your own.
  4. Please wear a mask & cease touching people in any capacity. Again, staying at home or in medical quarantine are necessary.

Don’t Panic or Worry

Worry is like rocking in a rocking chair…it gets you nowhere fast.

Worry also thrashes the immune system. And when we panic, we spread fear and/or panic to anyone that we talk to or interact with.

Going to social media to worry or scare people is not what ANY of us need. So, practice safe social and offer comfort, a kind word, and/or actual help.
