You spoke about wanting a diffuser. I use these diffusers all over the house because they are inexpensive. They last 1-2 years & can last longer if you take care of them. https://amzn.to/37pYizT

The suppository recipe is:
1/2 cup organic unrefined coconut oil
1/2 cup organic cocoa butter
20-30 drops of Copaiba
20 drops of Lavender
15 drops of Turmeric
1 tsp Liquid Witch Hazel (alcohol-free) Everyone’s recipes for homemade suppositories for hemorrhoids contain witch hazel to help shrink them.
Suppository Mold: https://amzn.to/2O9CuBa
Instructions:Make a double boiler by putting about 2 inches of water in a small pan. Then, add a bowl (glass, stainless steel, or ceramic) to the top. Inside the bowl, add the cocoa butter & coconut oil.
Allow these to melt slowly on medium-low heat.
After these oils are melted…remove from the heat. Allow mixture to cool 2-3 minutes.
Then, add in the essential oils & witch hazel. Mix well.
The witch hazel is in everyone’s recipes for natural hemorrhoid relief.
Pour the well-mixed ingredients into the mold & allow them to harden.
You can put them in the fridge or freezer for added relief. The cool will reduce swelling.
Oregano is a hot oil, but you can put it into a veggie cap with some olive oil and ingest it. I am recommending the oregano for ingestion for your diverticulitis.
You can add the lavender, turmeric, & copaiba in that same veggie cap to ingest. Just 1 drop of each essential oil, then fill it up with olive oil.
One other thing that I have read is that drinking organic aloe vera juice AND putting aloe vera into your sitz bath is very calming to the hemorrhoids. Drinking the aloe vera juice will coat the intestines much like the slippery elm & marshmallow root tea does.
